Crown wheel and Pinion gear cutting

For supply of fully finished crownwheels and pinions, a seperate facilitiy  has set up in Pune.

This factory has the following facilites :-

•  S17 Orlikon machines
• ST2 Orlikon gear testing machine
• S13 Gleason tester
• SL2 Orlikon gear lapper
• SKB Orlikon gear blade grinders
• Cylindrical Grinding machine
• Continues Gas Carburising  furnace with capacity 150 Kgs/hours
• Phosphating plant

Currently 4500 nos of fully finished Crownwheels  /   Pinions   sets are being produced every month.
